A unique, immersive wellness experience
inviting you to reconnect with yourself + nature alongside the gentle presence of the herd. We flow through nature inspired post sunrise yoga amongst our equine companions, before moving into a mindful horse observation, time to groom the herd + enjoy their energy. Our time continues beneath the trees with a guided meditation + serene sound bath, soothing our nervous system. We'll close our circle with a warm ritual of yogic golden milk, herbal teas + snacks.

This is a group session, please book early to secure your space.

PLEASE NOTE: Event bookings are non-refundable, but you can transfer to someone else. Please arrive within 15-minutes prior to the start time. Waivers MUST be completed for first time participants + will be sent the week of the event.
PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat + any additional comfort props you may need for support.
Provided: ground mats, cushion, eye pillow.
PLEASE WEAR: Anything you feel most comfortable enjoying yoga in + lying down in for an extended period of time. Please bring closed toe footwear.

Self Care Club is a female owned business from Scotland, which was born in 2020 following Founder Lisa’s need to lean into complimentary therapies for support. Lisa then felt a calling to guide others + left her corporate job to establish the business.
Now based in Katy, TX, Lisa is a holistic Esthetician, Energy Guide, Meditation + Mindfulness Teacher, Breath Coach + Sound Practitioner. Lisa also facilitates women’s circles + wellness retreats. Her offerings are ritual based, honouring both science + spirit, a gentle return to presence, peace, purpose. Self care for the soul.

Lisa is simply magical. Every treatment with her is better than the last (and the first was already wonderful). She is constantly learning more techniques and finding ways to elevate your self care routine at her studio. This time, I did a microneedling session followed by a combo of breath work/reiki/scalp massage/sound bowl and it felt like I was floating on cloud nine. She then sent me off with a truffle and some cold brew tea. What? 🥰 It feels unreal that this type of experience/service actually exists. Cannot wait until she rolls out her next cutting edge treatments. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa.

The best facial I’ve ever had! Lisa has such a calm demeanor and soothing voice that you immediately feel relaxed. I loved the breathwork and Reiki incorporated into the facial, it made the experience feel so much more relaxing and restorative.
