We flow through nature inspired sunrise yoga amongst our equine companions, before moving into a mindful horse observation, time to groom the herd + enjoy their energy. inviting you to reconnect with yourself + nature alongside the gentle presence of the herd. We flow through nature inspired sunrise yoga amongst our equine companions, before moving into a mindful horse observation, time to groom the herd + enjoy their energy. Our time continues beneath the trees with a guided meditation + serene sound bath, soothing our nervous system. We'll close our circle with a warm ritual of yogic golden milk, herbal teas + snacks.

PLEASE NOTE: Event bookings are non-refundable but you can transfer to someone else. Please arrive within 15-minutes prior to the start time. Waivers MUST be completed for first time participants + will be sent the week of the event.
PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat + any additional comfort props you may need for support.
Provided: ground mats, cushion, eye pillow.
PLEASE WEAR: Anything you feel most comfortable enjoying yoga in + lying down in for an extended period of time. Please bring additional closed toe footwear for walking around the ranch after yoga.

Self Care Club is a female owned business from Scotland, which was born in 2020 following Founder Lisa’s need to lean into complimentary therapies for support. Lisa then felt a calling to guide others + left her corporate job to establish the business.
Now based in Katy, TX, Lisa is a holistic Esthetician, Energy Guide, Meditation + Mindfulness Teacher, Breath Coach + Sound Practitioner. Lisa also facilitates women’s circles + wellness retreats. Her offerings are ritual based, honouring both science + spirit, a gentle return to presence, peace, purpose. Self care for the soul.

My experience with Lisa was unlike any facial I’ve ever had. Every step of the treatment was carried out with such clear care and compassion. Lisa is truly one of a kind. I’ve tried many different facials in Houston and, to be transparent, they were twice as expensive and not half as good as this one.
Lisa creates an environment where nothing feels transactional…she is genuinely there to make you feel cared for and pampered from start to finish. She is the only person in Houston I’ve encountered who incorporates breathwork and meditation into a facial. She brings a soulfulness to her work that I’ve never experienced before. The experiences she curates aren’t just about how you feel on the outside — they’re about helping you feel steady, supported, and okay on the inside, which is what sets her apart. And that head massage was indescribably good! I felt magical afterwards, slept beautifully, and felt incredibly restored.

The Ground and Glow treatment was magical! The scalp massage and meditation were so powerful, I almost cried. I experienced so much relaxation and I kept getting even more relaxed with each breath - I totally melted into her soft, heated bed.
I absolutely love Lisa’s space. It is so comforting, even womb-like. She sets the ambiance perfectly with the black walls, elegant decor, lit candlebra, not to mention the scrumptious smells from her lotions and potions.
She included a hand massage that incredibly comforting, healing and relaxing.
By the time she began the sound bath, my whole body was like butter and I experienced it in a way I’ve never felt.

I’ve had a lot of facials, but nothing quite like what Lisa does at Self Care Club - WOW!
She has a rare ability to make it feel both deeply relaxing and genuinely results driven, it's the kind of experience where you leave looking better and actually feeling restored. It’s therapeutic in the truest sense.
Also, Lisa's studio is just a sanctuary where your tensions and stresses just melt away, whilst she works her magic! I got the "mini" facial which was 1.5 hours and there was nothing mini about it 😍
Self Care Club is the kind of place you don’t want to keep to yourself, but you also kind of do. Signing myself up for a monthly membership ASAP!
