A calm, supportive online space where you can slow down, breathe deep + reconnect with yourself. Each class weaves together gentle mindfulness practices + guided meditation to help cultivate stillness, awareness + inner balance.
You’ll learn practical tools for easing stress, quieting the mind + becoming more present in your daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a grounding pause in your week — an opportunity to nurture your well-being, restore your energy + carry more peace into everything you do.
LOCATION: Online. The link will be sent a couple of days before the session.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an online group session, and I like to keep the number limited. There’s no requirement to have your video on, or on whilst we meditate. Waivers MUST be completed for first time participants.
SUGGEST PROPS: Comfy bed, blanket or cushions for lying on, head cushion, blanket, eye pillow, water. You may wish to prepare your space with essential oil diffusion or candles, with dim lighting, in a space you won’t be disturbed. If you live with others, let them know your intention for the time so they can support with minimal noise or disruption while you relax.

Had another amazing treatment today from Lisa ❤️ . Not only do my eyelashes look gorgeous but as always an amazing scalp massage too , where I always completely drift off.

As soon as the treatment began, I was guided into pure relaxation. The scarf stretch gently released neck tension I didn’t realise was as bad, the breathwork when stretching was a beautiful touch. Then there was the facial massage, wowee. Then the tuning forks came with a subtle vibration and hum sound, sweeping across the face, it was just another level. I love how Lisa’s treatments work with your energetics, even the facials, which is unexpected. This was just intentional, soothing, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, revived. Another truly indulgent wellness experience from Lisa, like nobody else offers round here. When’s the soonest I can come back?

Lisa is simply magical. Every treatment with her is better than the last (and the first was already wonderful). She is constantly learning more techniques and finding ways to elevate your self care routine at her studio. This time, I did a microneedling session followed by a combo of breath work/reiki/scalp massage/sound bowl and it felt like I was floating on cloud nine. She then sent me off with a truffle and some cold brew tea. What? 🥰 It feels unreal that this type of experience/service actually exists. Cannot wait until she rolls out her next cutting edge treatments. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa.

The best facial I’ve ever had! Lisa has such a calm demeanor and soothing voice that you immediately feel relaxed. I loved the breathwork and Reiki incorporated into the facial, it made the experience feel so much more relaxing and restorative. I’m so happy I found Lisa, especially since I haven’t found anywhere else in Houston that offers breathwork during a facial. I’ve already booked my next appointment for next month. Highly recommend!
