This is an invitation to commit to your well-being, creating consistency that allows the benefits of meditation + mindfulness to unfold into your daily life. One breath, one week at a time.
This session will be held at: Cinco Ranch II Lake House, Suite D, 25202 Springwood Lake Dr, Katy, 77494.

PLEASE BRING: Any additional comfort props you may need to support your head/back/knees. There will be some spares, as we build stock. Mats provided.
PLEASE WEAR: Anything you feel most comfortable lying down in for an extended period of time, like loose fitting clothing (PJs always welcome).

—Breath awareness practices.
—Guided meditation.
—Observing thoughts + emotions without judgment.
—Mindful movement.
—Everyday mindfulness tools. Integrating presence into eating, listening, even communication.
Regular Meditation + Mindfulness classes will follow from 7pm on Monday 3 November 2025 + every second Monday thereafter. From 2026, classes will hopefully be offered weekly, with every third Monday being a sound based meditation.
